This is an exceptionally rare Macedonia Overprint of Kosovo Note - with Kosovan Independence these notes are getting Super Rare now .
Please note this is not current circulation Kosovan money , these rare Overprints were printed in 1999 by people who wanted an independant Kosovo and that makes them very rare , but this money is not currently used in the newly independant Kosovo , it was like a trial for what people wanted . It was an opinion to make these notes by people you wanted a free and fair democratic Kosovo - we are all entitled to our opinions ! From a numismatic point of view it is a very rare , highly collectible item .
